About the Company

Infradapt started as the adaptive infrastructure company. We provide comprehensive outsourcing solutions including IT support, managed services, cloud hosting, and consulting that positively impact our clients’ bottom line.

Over the years, Infradapt has developed strong cloud-based offerings that include Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) flavors.

It became clear, over time, that small businesses relied on Infradapt almost exclusively for all IT related needs, while large enterprise clients took advantage of Infradapt’s vast open-source telephony platforms, fulfillment, and services.

Infradapt is an early adopter of VoIP and Open-Source Telephony platforms.  Our first Asterisk “The Open-Source PBX” implementations date back to 2002. In 2007, Infradapt was recognized as a leader and visionary of the Managed Services Revolution that came to take hold nowadays.

As of 2017, Infradapt is serving more than 300 active clients and we have already deployed more 20,000 telephony endpoints over the years. We support client locations spreading through 12 different states PA, NJ, DE, IL, FL, CA, TX, OH, AL, OR, LA, VA, and the Distinct of Columbia, as well as international locations in Canada and South America.

Our network operations center (NOC) and support operations are deliberately located midway between New York City (75 minutes) and Philadelphia (45 minutes) in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton).

Infradapt benefits from the local Lehigh Valley International Airport for quick access to other states and we take advantage of the excellent access corridors to serve our clients in Philadelphia, South Central Pennsylvania Counties (Harrisburg), and
Northeastern Pennsylvania Counties (Wilkes-Barre and Scranton).

Recognized internationally for service and engineering excellence, Infradapt is proud to be selected as a business partner by highly discriminating IT experts.

Infradapt was formed in 2006 as a result of a merger between the collective organizations of LanXperts, McFadden Associates, and Vital IT Solutions. Each of these companies had operated for many years, serving customers in a variety of industries.
