Mr. McFadden brings over ten years of industry experience to Infradapt. His unique background includes all the Company's core functions, including experience in field-consulting, project management, IP telephony, and software development. He has been a featured lecturer at numerous business conferences, published articles on business and technology, and been the subject of a television program profiling visionary businesspeople in Pennsylvania.

Formerly the Managing Partner of McFadden Associates, Mr. McFadden's experience immediately prior to that includes time operating a software development company. Mr. McFadden has a long entrepreneurial history, having founded an Internet hosting and access provider while in high-school.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Mr. Haddad--a native of São Paulo, Brazil--has been involved with hundreds of small, medium and enterprise network implementations and expansions. Mr. Haddad has lived through and participated in the execution of the industry’s evolution from a local network environment, to today’s global networks and the convergence of applications into a unified packet-centric environment. Mr. Haddad holds several Cisco and Microsoft certifications in addition to Checkpoint, Novell, Linksys and Telecommunications Industry Association certifications.

Prior to Infradapt, Mr. Haddad established LanXperts, Inc. in the United States in 1997. He brings to Infradapt strong technical skills and a passion for technology as means to exchange ideas. Mr. Haddad’s relentless pursuit of efficiencies and new ways to look at business challenges is the driving force behind Infradapt’s innovation and creative approach to address customer needs. His business related accomplishments include being awarded "most successful business plan" in the United Nations Workshop for Entrepreneurs 1996.

John Reilly is Vice President, Major Accounts Group, at Infradapt, LLC. Prior to joining Infradapt, he was the President of Vital IT Solutions, Inc., where among other roles, he developed a methodology and approach for performing risk and compliance assessments.

Prior to starting Vital IT Solutions, Mr. Reilly worked with Expanets, Inc., as a Senior Converged Account Executive, specializing in VoIP and Security, and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HIPAA. His Expanets' achievements included national Sales awards including Millionaire's Club and pioneering VoIP deployments for regional clients.

Mr. Reilly also has direct work experience in the banking industry, where he worked in Sales and Management, and in manufacturing, where he worked as an Accountant. John earned his BS in Accounting from Gwynedd-Mercy College, while also studying Negotiation, Decision Making, and Creative Problem Solving. He holds a SANS GIAC security certification and is a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of InfraGard.
