Infradapt LLC Announces Formation, Acquisition of McFadden Associates, LanXperts, and Vital IT Solutions.
- Combination creates regional technology services firm supporting more than 12,000 users.
PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania – July 5, 2006 – LanXperts, Inc. of Allentown, Vital IT Solutions Inc. of Exton, and McFadden Associates Inc. of Philadelphia and Easton today announce their merger and consolidation of operations to form Infradapt LLC.
The combination of the three firms creates a service organization with resources capable of serving firms throughout the region. Presently supporting more than 12,000 users, its areas of focus include:
* Technology and network support (departmental outsourcing).
* 24-Hour Call Center to solve computer support needs.
* Advanced telephone systems and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies.
* Security and Regulatory Compliance Assessments including HIPAA, SOX, GLBA, CISP (Visa/MasterCard).

Infradapt will leverage LanXperts' long-standing converged networking expertise to continue its delivery of advanced market-leading technology solutions. "We began the delivery of Voice over Internet telephony solutions in 1999, extending networks via VPNs and have managed dozens of large organizational conversions ever since," stated Mr. Haddad.
McFadden's strong position as an outsourced helpdesk and network services firm, including call center operations in Easton, PA, offer Infradapt an ideal platform for growing its services in this area. Consolidated billing, customer interaction, and other software systems completely automate the exchange between employees, vendors, and ultimately customers throughout the service lifecycle.
Infradapt will employ 14 people from its offices in Philadelphia and Easton with an immediate expansion planned during the second half of 2006.
