What is a managed service provider (MSP)?

A managed service provider (MSP) is a company that operates its clients’ IT — networks, servers, endpoints, applications, and security — as an ongoing service for a fixed monthly fee, instead of billing hourly when something breaks. Infradapt provides managed IT services with continuous monitoring, help desk support, maintenance, and planning, on client premises, in our own data centers, or in the cloud.

How much do managed IT services cost?

Managed IT pricing is typically structured per user or per device, scoped to the systems and service levels covered — there is no industry-standard price sheet. Infradapt works on fixed monthly fees agreed in advance, so IT costs are predictable and leadership can budget with confidence. A short assessment of your environment is the honest way to produce a real number.

Can I hire an MSP if I already have an IT team?

Yes — this is co-managed IT. The MSP works as an extension of your internal team: help desk overflow, monitoring, cybersecurity, projects, vendor coordination, documentation, and escalation support. We are not here to take jobs; the goal is to make your existing team more productive and give the business the full advantage of available technology.

What is Managed Private AI?

Managed Private AI is artificial intelligence that runs on infrastructure you control — your premises or a dedicated private environment — operated for you as a managed service. Your data never leaves your custody, models and workflows answer to your policies, and a fixed monthly fee covers the infrastructure, operation, and support. It is the alternative to renting AI from public platforms that meter, shape, and learn from your usage.

What is data sovereignty?

Data sovereignty means your business data stays under your legal and physical control — you decide where it lives, who can reach it, and which jurisdiction’s rules apply. In practice it means choosing self-hosted and private infrastructure over public platforms whenever the data matters. Infradapt builds and manages IT and AI environments that are data-sovereign by default.

What is the cloud?

The cloud is Internet-accessible computing that runs in data centers instead of on your premises — servers, software, and storage you reach over the network. It lets businesses run applications without operating the hardware themselves. The important business question is not whether to use cloud, but whose cloud: public platforms under their terms, or private cloud infrastructure you control.

What is private cloud, and how is it different from public cloud?

A private cloud delivers the same on-demand computing as public platforms, but on dedicated infrastructure serving only your organization. Public cloud means sharing hyperscaler platforms under their terms and their pricing; private cloud means your workloads run on hardware you or your provider own — with control, predictable cost, and data sovereignty. Infradapt operates private cloud infrastructure in our own facilities for exactly that reason.

What is VoIP?

VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is telephone service delivered over your Internet connection instead of analog phone lines. Calls become data, which makes phone systems less expensive to operate, easier to change, and able to follow your people to any device or location. Infradapt designs and operates VoIP and hosted PBX platforms for businesses, schools, and enterprises.

What is a virtual CISO (vCISO)?

A virtual CISO gives your business executive-level security leadership — risk assessment, security strategy, policies, compliance readiness, incident planning — as a fractional service, without hiring a full-time Chief Information Security Officer. Most small and mid-sized organizations need CISO-level decisions a few days a month, not a full-time salary; a vCISO fits that reality.

What is ransomware, and how do businesses defend against it?

Ransomware is malicious software that encrypts your systems and data, then demands payment for the key. Defense is layered: tested offline backups, endpoint protection, patching, access controls, email filtering, employee awareness training, and continuous monitoring. Prevention alone eventually fails somewhere — recovery capability is what actually protects the business.

What is business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR)?

Business continuity and disaster recovery is the plan — and the infrastructure behind it — that keeps your business operating through outages, cyberattacks, hardware failure, and human error. Backups are only one layer; real BCDR defines how fast systems come back (RTO), how much data you can afford to lose (RPO), and where operations run in the meantime. Infradapt builds continuity environments on infrastructure we own and operate.
