Over the years, Infradapt has developed strong cloud-based offerings that include Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) flavors.
It became clear, over time, that small businesses relied on Infradapt almost exclusively for all IT related needs, while large enterprise clients took advantage of Infradapt’s vast open-source telephony platforms, fulfillment, and services.

Our network operations center (NOC) is deliberately located midway between New York City (75 minutes) and Philadelphia (45 minutes) in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton).
Infradapt benefits from the nearby airports, Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) for quick access to other states and we take advantage of the excellent access corridors to serve our clients in Philadelphia, Delaware Valley, New Jersey, South Central Pennsylvania Counties (Harrisburg) and Northeastern Pennsylvania Counties (Wilkes-Barre and Scranton).

Infradapt was formed in 2006 as a result of a merger of 3 specifically focused information technology organizations that had operated since the late 1990’s serving clients in a variety of industries.
Infradapt has been an early adopter of VoIP and Open-Source Telephony platforms. Our first Asterisk “The Open-Source PBX” implementations date back to 2002.
In 2007, Infradapt was recognized as a leader and visionary of the Managed Services Revolution that came to take hold nowadays.
As of 2018, Infradapt is serving more than 300 active clients and we have already deployed more 25,000 endpoints over the years, between IP phones, workstations, printers, servers, switches, wireless access-points, routers, and firewalls.

COSTARS is the Pennsylvania Commonwealth’s cooperative purchasing program managed by the Department of General Services, Bureau of Procurement. The COSTARS program provides registered local public procurement units (LPPUs), as well as state affiliated entities, tools to do business through the use of a contract established by Department of General Services. Originating in 1982, Pennsylvania Educational Purchasing Program for Microcomputers [PEPPM] is a nationwide cooperative contract created to assist government agencies and educational organizations fulfill their bidding requirements for procurement. Through PEPPM eligible buyers can purchase pre-vetted qualified products and services, saving time and money when compared to an RFP or bidding purchase process.
