Inside Sales Support works with the sales team to build proposals and quotes, compile pricing from distributors, use internal tools to price technical SOW’s, and provide follow-up to the sales team and customers.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have two or more years of College education, and two or more years of prior related work experience.
  • Experience in telecommunications, voice/data networking, local number portability, and project management is a plus.

ENGINEERING

Network Engineer 

Designs, implements and supports large scale network projects. Manages all phases of strategic network projects as assigned, managing and delegating workload as appropriate. Applies approved network designs to complex strategic projects. Adapt and recommend standards to new opportunities Work closely with Engineering to design new standard network solutions.

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science related field with 5-7 years network design, implementation and support experience.
  • Advanced Cisco certification or equivalent experience.
  • VMware certification or equivalent experience.
  • Linux / BSD certification or equivalent experience.
  • TDM Telephony, IP Telephony, VoIP or equivalent experience.
  • Microwave and Wi-Fi technology or equivalent experience.
  • Must be proficient with common network admin and design tools.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of common TCP/IP protocols (Telnet, SSH, SMTP, SNMP, SIP, H323)
  • Must have thorough knowledge of Layer2, Layer3 and Layer7 devices (routing, switching, load-balancing and proxing)

HELPDESK TECHNICIAN

Helpdesk Technician 

Infradapt is looking for help desk support representatives. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support for end users both hardware and software problems using MS Windows environment. You will handle and resolve all end user issues over the phone. Responsibilities will include, solving problems and escalation of level 2 calls.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with end user to resolve computer related hardware/software issues.
  • Experience using remote access tools is required.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of common TCP/IP protocols (Telnet, SSH, SMTP, HTML, IMAP, MAPI)
