Infradapt Voice Privacy Policy

How the Infradapt Voice mobile app handles your information – what it collects, where it goes, and the choices you have.

Effective: July 23, 2026

Who We Are, and Whose Data This Is

Infradapt Voice is a business phone app for iOS and Android. You received it through your employer, an Infradapt customer. Your employer’s administrator creates your extension, chooses which features are on, and manages call records for the accounts they oversee.

  • Your calls and call records – Infradapt handles these on your employer’s behalf, under our contract with them. Your administrator is the right first stop for questions about that data, and we act on their instructions.
  • Your app account and diagnostics – Infradapt handles these directly, to run and support the app.

Our website is covered by a separate privacy policy.

What the App Collects, and Why

  • Account details – name, work email, extension, and user ID – to sign you in and show you in your company directory. Held by Infradapt.
  • Device identifiers – push token, device ID, model, and app build – so your phone rings on incoming calls. Held by Infradapt; the push token also goes to Apple (APNs) or Google (FCM).
  • Call records – numbers, times, durations, and your notes – to show your Recents, voicemail, and history. On your company’s phone system and Infradapt.
  • Voicemail audio and transcripts – so you can see and hear your messages. Stored on your company’s phone system; transcription runs on that same system and the audio stays on it.
  • Call audio – carried encrypted in transit; recorded and stored on your company’s phone system only when your employer enables call recording.
  • Crash and diagnostic data – to find and fix bugs. Goes to Sentry, our crash-reporting provider.
  • Call-quality telemetry – jitter, packet loss, round-trip time; never audio or call content – to diagnose bad call quality. Your administrator can turn this off.
  • Feature usage – in aggregate, without personal identifiers – to decide what to build.

What the App Leaves Alone

  • Your contacts stay on your device. The optional Contacts permission lets you dial from your address book, entirely on-device; decline it and the app still works.
  • Your location. The app uses no GPS. Emergency-calling addresses are the ones your administrator registered.
  • Advertising and tracking. No ad networks, no third-party trackers, no data brokers. We do not sell your data and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Who Else Touches Your Data

  • Apple (APNs) / Google (FCM) – caller name and number, to wake the app and ring. Always.
  • Sentry – crash diagnostics, with personal data scrubbed. Always.
  • TURN media relay – self-hosted by Infradapt – carries encrypted call media it cannot decrypt, on networks that block a direct path.
  • Speech-to-text – voicemail and call audio; runs on your company’s own phone system and the audio stays on it. Voicemail always; calls only when recording is on.
  • OpenAI – call transcript text only, never audio; only when your employer enables AI Call Summaries.
  • Presence and CRM integrations – for example Microsoft Teams or your CRM – availability lookups and call summaries filed to contacts; only when your employer connects them.

Call Recording and AI Summaries

Both are off unless your employer turns them on. When call recording is on, calls are recorded and stored on your company’s phone system and transcribed there. When AI Call Summaries are on, the call transcript text (never the audio) is sent to OpenAI to produce a summary. Your employer controls both settings and is responsible for any notice or consent their local law requires. If you are unsure, ask your administrator.

Retention and Deletion

  • Call records, voicemail, transcripts, and summaries follow your employer’s retention settings on your company’s phone system.
  • Account details are kept while your account exists.
  • Crash diagnostics are retained by our provider for up to 90 days.
  • Delete your account any time in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. That removes your app account and its associated records. Records your employer retains as the business owner of the data – billing and call records – are governed by their retention policy; ask your administrator about those.

How We Protect It

Everything moves over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS), and call media is encrypted (DTLS-SRTP), including through the relay, which cannot decrypt it. Sign-in credentials live in your device’s hardware-backed secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), and your employer can require a biometric or PIN lock on the app.

Children

Infradapt Voice is a workplace tool, provisioned by employers for their staff. The app has no sign-up form and solicits personal information from no one, of any age – accounts exist only because an employer’s administrator creates them. It is not directed at children.

Your Choices and Rights

Infradapt Voice is offered in the United States. You can decline optional permissions, delete your account in the app, and ask us at any time what we hold about your app account – send us a request with the form below for access, correction, or deletion. For call records and recordings, your employer is the business owner of the data – direct those requests to your administrator, and we act on their instructions.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and, where it matters, tell you in the app.
