In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support for end users both hardware and software problems using MS Windows XP/Vista/7 environment. You will handle and resolve all end user issues over the phone. Responsibilities will include, solving problems and escalation of level 2 calls.
Requirements: Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to extract information end user to resolve computer related hardware/software issues. Experience using remote access tools including VNC is recommended.
