Established in 1973, the Allentown Housing Authority is a Public Housing Agency (PHA) that oversees affordable housing programs and community development for the third largest city in Pennsylvania.

Faced with a constant evolution of work-flows and increasing tenant population, Allentown Housing Authority (AHA) began to rely more deeply on technology to efficiently manage their facilities.
